dealership question
Depends on the dealer...
My original dealer preferred you to make an appointment and usually had the car an hour or two, my current dealer doesn't require an appointment and promises to get you in and out in 29 minutes or your next oil change is free...
The two dealers are 3 miles apart.
The only way to find out is to ask the dealer...or their customers.

also depends on how busy they are at the moment you arrive. Most will gladly take walk-ins if their schedule is not full. Once they're full then appointments may have top priority, tho at some dealers it doesn't seem to make a difference. They should be able to tell you how long the wait will be, hopefully they give a realistic estimate.
