engine check light..

Default engine check light..

ok i have to admit this is really weird i was driving to work in my box when out of nowhere my check engine light,vsc light and trac light all came on at the same time i got scared and got of at the next dealership took it to the service dept, to make a long story short one of the service guys open the hood and took a fuse out for a minute or so and put in back in all the lights when out has this happen to anyone else...

yup, usually when you have an aftermarket intake...

it's easy, just dissconnect your battery for 10 seconds, and it should go away, if it doesn't - then it's time to go to the dealership.

i think the dealer took the easy way out. they should of hooked it up to a machine to see what was really going on

My Xbizzle just did the same thing. It's at the dealership being checked as im typing this. I do have an Injen intake but it's been running fine for 3 months (practically new still) and out of the blue I can't go over 3k rpm's and all those warning lights appear!! I'll write back to let you know what they say.

well i don't have an intake but this problem started when i lowered my box about 2'' front and rear i don't think that had anything to do with it anyway, i'm taking it back to the dealer this weekend for the third time hope i can get this problem resolve hate seeing my xb dash looking like a christmas tree with the vsc.engine light and trac light lit up all the time..

i finally took my car back to the dealer this saturday but they couldn't do anythnig to the car,they told me to bring it back monday the reason toyota is closed on the weekend,i got so fustrated seeing those lights on my dash that i did the unhook the battery trick to reset the system on saturday the lights went of for that day but came back on sunday afternoon oh well just have to take it back in this monday will give an update on the result sometime this week...
