Default Exhaust leak vs JB weld

i have an exhaust leak the the beginning of the resonator (magnaflow resonator) i already took it to a shop to fix it they welded it but its leaking again (smoke was coming up just from underneath me when i revved up the engine) so my buddy was talking about this JB weld stuff that they use it for everything.. its cheap as hell.. its liquid so it would be easy to apply it. what do u guys think?

it wont hurt to give it a try. i have used it before on other things and its some great stuff. it helps ALOT if you have a heat gun to cure it

hey, it looks like magnaflow is getting cheap.... my exhaust did the same thing at the resonator, broke apart at the back. my exhaust guy fixed it, but said that if it broke apart again to just cut out the resonator and install a straight pipe. it would be louder than the complete exhaust , but would not be as loud as having a leak. magnaflow really dissappointed me on our exhausts.

well i just realized something. im experiencing heat coming up thru the e-brake and cup holders. that could be because of the leak.... (probably)

i will buy some jb weld today and try to fix it.. if it wont work i will have to get aero 25 resonators
