There are 2 ways.

1- If the scrape was more like a scuff and it did not get down to the plastic..you're in luck. Go to Pep Boys or Auto Zone. Buy a bottle of Meguire's Cleaner/Wax. ($7). I live on a hill and always got bumped on my Durango. Bumper scuffs come right off!

2- If the scrape removed paint. Go to your Scion Dealer and get a bottle of touchup paint (color of your car). Apply a VERY light coat of paint (acts like a base) and let dry. Use a VERY fine sandpaper and lightly smooth out the bumps if any. Apply a second coat of paint and cover with aone of those Halloween (or X-Mas)plastic vinyl thingys that stick to your windows. After it dries peel and VOILA!

Hope this helps..

Maybe u can post pics of your scrape...and after u fix it.
