Default Getting scrapes/dents repaired

Hi all,

So I sideswiped a pillar in my garage today :S Slight dent on the wheel well that can probably be repaired by one of those PDR places, and a bunch of scratches along the wheel well.

Most of them look to be just down to the clear coat, but there's one place that seems to be down to the primer.

What's the best way to get this repaired? Could I just get a touchup pen and then buff it away, or should I respray part of the panel?

It's a pretty new car, so I would imagine paint matching wouldn't be much of an issue, so could I just get the part that's scratched repainted without going all the way to the lines/edge of the panel?

Anyone have an idea on what this should cost? I would imagine it would be cheaper to go to a body shop rather than the dealer, right?

Thanks!

Yeah, sorry, was having issues uploading from work.

Here are a few pictures. Most of that is actually just dirt and washed out, but there are definitely a few scratches that go to the primer, and there's a bit of a dent in the wheel well as you can see.

Looks a lot worse with the flash, actually ;)
