I have mobile HID 6k in my scion tc for about a 1/2 year. Well i was doing my oil change and turned my car on and noticed my driver side HID bulb was smoking. It fell out the socket and was just laying in the engine bay near the battery smoking badly. The 9006 socket was melted and the bulb is brown but still works.

I contacted cliff but Ill just have to wait bc its the weekend and memorial day is monday.

Do you think he will buy me a new headlight housing?
Or should i just upgrade to 08 projectors and get the HID kit from him. If he decides to give me a set for free?
