Default Help I got Rust!!!

I just noticed on my xB just above the front window there are 2 small rust spost the size of a dull pencil tip. Is there any way to get rid of it or stop it before it gets huge besides repainting the whole thing? Thanks!

Just sand the area down a little, use a rust preventive coat of paint. Then put a layer or 2 of the stock color down + a layer of clear to help seal it. If its in the rough area Im thinking, it would be hard to hit it with wax + no real use.

Can you take a picture of it? I had/have some rust on top of the paint due to..."industrial fallout." I heated it up the spots with a dryer and I was able to rub them out with some elbow grease...but I wasn't going to do that to 50 of them. It's to a point where I don't care anymore.

naval jelly will remove the rust without sanding.
then apply touch-up paint.
