Default high pitched sound from window switches?

Hey folks,
I noticed this back in December...Sometimes, when I close my windows, I hear a high pitched sound...kinda like a capacitor charging up. The capacitor charging sound I'm talking about is like when you charge up the flash on a disposable camera. For instance, roll down both from windows, then roll them both up at the same times (via driver side). Once they are up, I,_sometimes_, hear the high pitched sound. I can't tell if it's the window motors or what. Anyone else notice this in their car?
