Default How to get rid of these scratches?

How would you get rid of these scratches if you had these on your car and what would be the best, fastest, most cost effective and expensive way to fix this sort of thing?

Top of rear bumper under left tail light

Rear OEM lip from the left side

Please, help and tips would be most appreciated.

iono maybe get a better picture on the second one but rubbing compound usually works... that what vallet drivers use if they bump and scratch people's cars from bad driving / parking.

the second picture basicly is like this...if you were there and touched it in person it would feel like a plastic toy being scrapped on concrete. you know...that feeling when something is really scratched up and small chunks of it are sticking out.

if it's digging into pass the primer then you might need professional help. if it's scratching on the surface of the clear coat then rubbing compound

All do is hard to evaluate the damage just from a picture, I could use a light cut compound with the buffer, in the past we have remove similar damage with our light cut compound or swirl remover but it depends on the damage, If you feel the scratch with your nail it may be to deep which may require to wet sand the area.

Heres a sample of similar damage

Before

After

Hope that helps
