I Got A Scratch Today.. =\
First off.. this isn't my first scratch.. i ignored the first one by learning to live with it.. but this one is really noticeable (in the dead center of the passenger door). I get out of the gym and i see this "h" shaped scratch. Keep in mind that I have a BSP tC and the scratch is white. I felt it and it's not rough nor deep.. just a soft scratch.. but it's there and noticeable. Should I get BSP touch-up paint from the dealer or get Megauirs Scratch X.. or any other good solution? I wanted to check with you guys first before wasting some change. Thanks in advance!
Is the white from the other car/item that hit you or is the scratch clear through the paint I would sure try the Scratch X first or a polish if you have any.............the touch up paint is a pain to apply and will show unless you know what you are doing.

thanks for the reply guys. i'll give it a try later on.
but by judging from the pic, do you think it can be removed by scratch x?
exactly what kind of scratches will require the touch up paint? i don't really know how i got this scratch but all i know is that it isn't deep and it lies on the surface on the paint. i tried to wash it out thinkin it was something white that's dry but no luck.. it's a scratch alright.. but it isn't a "deep" scratch at all.

If you can "feel" it with your fingernail then no on the scratch-X. It looks like it is in the clear but not the color coat. Unless you know what you are doing. I'd have a professional detailer touch it up with some clear and buff it out after it dries. Should make it disappear.
Don't you just LOVE how others treat peoples stuff? Bastards!!!
