It's all in SoCal. I've taken my car to the Glendale JiffyLube before. It's terrible. Some guy was fighting with the manager and he was going to call the cops on him.
It's actually a three part series, I think. Youtube.com should have the rest. Every oil place have complaints. Walmart has it fair share. Google walmart oil change to read about them.
