Default Magnetic door protector

Any1 ever use this? Do they work? I already got chip in the door possibly from someone dinging my door from a private parking lot. I'm thinking of trying these to protect the car from dinging.

well, if you want your car too lokk really bad, you can get that, i don't know which is worse though, the magnetic thing or deep dings in your door. i guess it would be an awesome idea for me to keep in my car, whenever i park at school, my car gets dinged. i don't think it will help too much with dents though

I'm only gonna put it on when I park and take it off when I leave. If this thing prevents both ding and dent then it's excellent, otherwise I'm still happy if this prevents dings. I guess $30 is worth a try consider it cost $50 to fix a ding/dent

i wish it was only $50 to fix a ding, most places charge about $100 for each golfball size ding, if they can get to it

I want to carry four of those inflatable mattresses for camping in my trunk.

Blow 'em up, stand them around your car, and you're pretty safe from dings...

yea, and if that doesnt work, you can still use the matresses and have your passengers sleep on them and guard your car while you get your ____ done

Another thing about magnetic, it attracts metal shavings and particles, even if the magnet was covered in something such as a felt or something that wouldnt scratch the paint, the particles that it picks up everytime you take it on and off wil eventualy turn that strip into a giant piece of sandpaper.

and since you cant usualy take magnets off straight you usualy slide then at least a bit, youll be sanding you car every time you use them.

The magnets on that thing is actually very soft!! Almost like an eraser! I bought them.. cuz i was sick of ppl continuing to ding my car! itz like $75 per ding to fix!!

Had it for 3-4 months!! It LOOKS LIKE ____ when its on the car so most ppl don't even know WTF it is! So far none has been stolen yet.. and i use it almost every other day!

Works really well.. and No worries about scratches! as long as you keep the area where the rubber magnet sticks waxed!!

I was thinking of using bubble wrap. simply wrap my car each time but then I realized I would have every little kid at my car popping the bubbles.

So I'm thinking of getting boat bumpers and hanging them out my windows by a string so they protect the doors each time.

maybe you should hook a tazer into your cars ground, and set it to a proximity sensor, so that anytime someone goes near or touches your car, they got shocked the crap out of them ,
