I just got an oil change,not at a dealer. but the maint light still keeps flashing about 4-5 times when i turn the car on.Anyone know how I can fix this?

 

They didn't reset the counter. Turn the car off, hold the button for the odo/trip down and turn the car to 'ON'. The dashes will start counting down from five. If you change it every 5k, let em all count down and release, or release at 3 if you do 3k intervals...

That's pretty much it.
