Default need help passing texas state inspection

it's been a while since i've posted, but here's the deal. when the inspector is running the emissions control test through the OBDII, the catalyst and O2 sensor are showing "not ready." i reset the TPMS before going into inspection and the toyota technician i spoke with thinks it might have reset the ECU; he said drive it around for about 100 miles and see if the signal is sent from those two sources. drove roughly 120 miles since then and went to get a reading off the OBDII from Autozone and those two are still showing "inc" (not ready). does anybody know how to get the signal to be sent from those sources? i am aware that my car is modded extensively, but i have taken measures to ensure that i do pass state inspection here in texas. this is the first time my car has ever failed an emissions test. also i was told that "not ready" doesnt necessarily mean my car is not passing emissions, just that the inspector cannot pass me if he is not getting a reading.
