I drove my xB to Canada from NYC and back. I drove an average of 80mph. No problem whatsoever. I did my oil change and checked all tires pressure, coolant level, windshield washer fluid, etc... before going on a trip. One thing I recommend is to put masking tape in the front bumper because my bumper was covered with dead flies and bugs after a long nite drive. When you got to Canada, visit one of those gas station where they offer a touchless car wash for around $10. Have fun. BTW, fuel in Canada is more expensive so make sure you fill it up before crossing the border.

 

First off check your caps lock button. No need to SHOUT. LOL
Just have the oil changed and check the other fluid and tire pressures you'll be good to go. You might also want to get some currancy exchanged. They got funny money over there.

 

mine went from fla->pa->ohio->north carolina->fla

just change the oil and make sure you have a fully loaded ipod or sat radio... although both were used on my trip....

also if your auto, i would suggest you check the tranny fluid.... just to make sure you have no suprises.....
