Default To the people whove had cracked windshiels

I just was drivin down the road in back of a f##### lifted truck and it shot a rock at my window and cracked it. Was this covered under the warranty? I dont really care if it is or not but id like to know before i spend money to get it replaced...or have insurance do it if its covered by that too. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure it's not covered under warranty.

Sorry

It should be covered by your insurance. You'll pay a deductable, but it's far cheaper than paying for a replacement out of pocket.

*edit - grammar!*

Why would this be covered under warranty???? The Scion didn't do anything. When a rock traveling at a high rate of speed hits glass that is moving in the opposite direction at a high rate of speed.... *CRACK*.

It would be kinda like getting your paint job covered under warranty because you got keyed at WalMart.

You're gonna have to call the insurance co. - or buck up and pay up if you don't have glass coverage -- yeah -- sucks - I know.

this is not a object covered under warranty. go to a glass company and about 150-200 and get it fixed.
