When toyota fixed my sratches on my car they left behind a white chalkie substance witch seems to me to be polish, the thing is that it stained all the plastic it touched, is there anyways to get this stuff off? i tried washing and scrubing no luck, i really dont like my toyota dealer

 

Not the chunky kind! Something in the peanut oil breaks down the wax residue. You can also use Back To Black or Meguires Tire Gel.

 

Take the car back and tell THEM to get that $hit off your car. If THEY can't, they owe you - simple.

 

Mothers has a plastic cleaner too...

I recently waxed my car and got wax all over the black trim pieces leaving white stains, I talked to some detailers, in addition to reading this thread, and was told to use peanut butter (creamy) or WD-40. I used the WD-40 and it worked great! I just sprayed it onto a rag and wiped the stained trim. After a few applications, the spots were gone comepletly.

I wonder if a claybar would work on the interior?
