Problem solved

How can I check the starter relay with a voltmeter?
The alarm was working and now isn't.....The aftermarket alarm power was tied in with the ignition switch harness power (white/blue)....perhaps the ignition switch is bad?

does the starter try to start? or is there no noise at all? most car alarm (99%) starter kill relays are wired normally closed so that if there is a power problem with the alarm it won't disable your starter. since your warning lights are coming on I would say the ignition switch should be ok. I would check the starter kill relay of the alarm, maybe something came loose when you were moving it?

The alarm power wire was getting it's constant 12 v off the red/white wire....I moved it to another power source and it works now.....so I need to find out where the red/white wire gets its power from???

I would guess that since it worked and then quit, its a fuse or relay, but thats a wild a@# guess. C'mon guys give this man some expert help.
