I have an opportunity to give Tanabe my xD for their R&D of suspension (not sure about their needing to R&D the chassis&exhaust) but now my mom found out (co-signer on the car) and is totally against it. Freakin' out that they might screw up the car (almost a month old) or whatever they put on it might void my standard and extended warranty.

So my question is... what could happen to my xD? They, on the phone, told me that if the springs fit I could keep the sample or somethin like that. Would changing the suspension potentially void my warranties (haven't broken the booklet out yet)?

Help calm my nerves and my mom's...


ps - If anyone has had any experience with Tanabe R&D, let me know about your experience!!

 

if you get the springs get the trd struts and shocks maybe they'll tanabe will install those for ya? free of charge maybe?
