rebuildable???

saw this car, thinking about picking it up to part out or rebuild for track? is it worth the time? anyone here rebuild a salvaged car?

air bags not blown at least? pretty good price..thats how my scion looked when i got mine..either than that engine looks good..might have to replace some parts that tent to crack on it though..looks like alot of work
