when did you all start noticing these problems? i have had my car for a month and i have 2500 miles on it and i dont have a single problem like that, my friend has one and he has had his for a year and had over 20k miles on it and he doesnt have a problem. are we just lucky or is it only a few cars that has problems? and because my car is so new should i be worried?

I have the same problems... I have an appointment this Thursday to have my ac checked, my drivers side vent fixed, the rattle in the hatch (again, this will be the 3rd time in) and to have my cat checked (yes, already) and I only have 2300 miles on my car.

My A/c is not nearly as cold as my other toyota car- a 2003
My sunroof pops
My hatch rattles
my stereo rattles
the driver side air vent moves towards me
I had none of these issues at 2500miles (except maybe the a/c but it was cooler then)
Plus- my tire pressure light keeps going on-I going to the dealer tomorrow

My two cents to anyone who hasn't had problems (minor) yet... you will. Its a new production car , theres bound to be little kinks that will need to be worked out over time.
Its just frustrating as hell trying to get them resolved

sunroof pop and hatch strut
I'm taking my car in to have the tsb's done for the sunroof pop and the rear hatch struts. Does anyone know of the TSB numbers? That way I can go in and demand they be done.
I'm pretty sure it's the sunroof popping that requires spot welding to be done.

the tech. told me that the results vary on the jobs they have done regarding the sunroof pop. The fix is re-welding certain spots and then having to paint it over. It's a lot of work and I understand they don't want to do it. It's just one of those things....glass roofs = bad!
