I bought my TC over 2 months ago and I was told that I get three free oil changes with it. I was told a certificate or coupon will come in the mail but I have yet to receive it. How do I go about getting it? Who do I call about it? Has this happened to anyone else?

 

just go to the dealer when your ready for the oil change. they already have you in there for the 3 oil changes

 

didn't get anything like that...they just have it on their computer and record it whenever you go for your three free oil changes...

 

never sent me anything, they just look up the vin and see the mileage.

i would just use them whenever bad weather doesnt permit you to do yourself.

 

of course if you're like me and didn't initially have me on record at the dealership.. that "certificate" they mentioned is actually in your maintence booklet that came with the car.. it's the last page... dealerships are supposed to sign off each oil change... but if you're in the computer.. then you don't need to worry.... some dealerships don't care about that booklet, some others do.

 

When i bought my tC, they had my oil change coupons in the papers they give u when u take delivery of the car...so i have mine and im almost time for one myself

 

Never had to bring any papers to get my free oil changes...

I highly recommend fully synthetic oil (highest quality grade oil possible).

 

word, a bit more expensive but better in the long run

 

Mine is with the book in my glove box. Check there.
