I remember hearing in the early days of Scion that the service department experience was pretty bad. Now that I am thinking about getting a Scion, has anyone noticed any differences in the service process what has changed? Is service better now than it was a few years ago?

 

Pretty much same old same old. Just shop around for a Toyota service dept. and ask other Toyota owners about how well they like different ones in your area. I would guess that the newer the dealer the better the service dept. Old habits die hard.
