Hi everyone. Recently my tC started making a noise. Whenever I pass 75 MPH, my speedometer starts to make a humming/whirling/buzzing noise...it's hard to describe what it sounds like. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks.

I've had it up to 100, have frequently done 90 on the way home (1 am, straight freeway, almost zero traffic) and have never noticed the noise you're referring to. although I always have the radio on, so...

 

nope got 4k on her, no noise.

 

what makes u think its speedo? i had a really loud high pitch noise that i wasnt sure where it was comming from. only happen at 80+mph....turns out the sunroof needed to be tightened down...that also fixed my loud poping noise that it was making as well when i would go up or down a curb

 

i get a slight noise on a bouncy road on my speedo, but that's in my xB hehe...

you know, I have notice that the faster I go the louder the engine gets...hmmm...
