hello.... Today i was driving my XB and everytime you press the clutch down to start the car or to shift gears, It'll make a Squeeking noise... the clutch doesnt slip. it still grabs.... does anyknow know what is the cause of the sequeeking noise? is it becuase the cable line is bad? or air bubbles in the clutch lines? (ours is hydrolic clutch i believe) Please if anyknow knows please respond ... Thank You, I Appriciate it a lot!

might be the fork that moves the clutch.. my civic had this.. they had to grease it up from time to time.. also it might be the spring on the clutch pedal.. also civic had the same problem.. a little silicone spray up into that spring always quieted it down.. the fork in the clutch area? not sure about that, usually a little grease from the mechanic stopped that.. hope that helps..

if it's stil under warranty, the dealer should help ya out..

It could be you're throwout bearing. The basic symptom of a failing throwout bearing is a squealing or grating sound when the clutch pedal is pressed and held.
