Stiff Clutch

I got my oil changed and tires rotated. Now my clutch is really stiff. What could have caused this?

lol thats random...a stiff clutch is good right?
how many miles does your car have?

mine was pretty stiff (and still is), but its new. has it a big change in stiffness?
