Default tc- power windows not working right

I searched and couldn't find anything...but if there is already a thread about this. it would be appreciated if you'd point me in the right direction.

ok so i pulled off my door panels and replaced my speakers the other day, and when i put everything back together, I can't control my right side window at all and all the lights on the window buttons keep flashing at me! everything is hooked up like it was orginally, and i double checked to make sure i didn't short out some wire. does anyone know if you have to plug things in at a certain time like when the car is on or something? help?

i would take off the door panel and recheck the conntections. sounds like something is plugged in the wrong place. if you already checked it then double re-check it and then triple re-check it

roll each window down all the way, then roll them back up all the way... use the passenger switch when doing the passenger side... you might need to do it a couple of times...

You have to press the passenger door window button, with it up make it go all the way down hold it for a second, than up and hold it for a second. Magically the driver door button will stop blinking and that switch will work.

You have to do this anytime you disconnect the battery in a tC.

cool... thanks guys, I went back and forth and rolled them up and down a bunch of times and that fixed it. I guess it's just setting all the parameters and stuff right? anyways... it's all good now. I never knew you had to do all that
