Default Today was not my day... I'm SORRY JUKEB0X!

Just when I thought my xb was safe...

Being damaged in a previous encounter with an elderly woman at church...
and just recently getting my car from the shop...

Today I got in from Carson/Torrance... on 3 hours of sleep...
I wake up to take my finals today at 8am...

My dad asks me to help him...
My heart overcame my mind...

I shouldve stayed home and rested...
Instead I went to help him at Lowes...

On the way to my house...
Going down our street...
Less than 100yrds from my house...

I knock out at the wheel...

BAM!

Mail box...

FACK!FACK!FACK!

I havent seen the damage done yet...
Since it was so dark...
But I know there is a crack in the front end drivers side...

Suggestions?

This sucks.

I feel bad for you--but in all honesty what you did was very selfish of you, and maybe this will teach you a lesson!

You could have ran into something living, and not just a simple mailbox...be thankful that you didn't hit another car, or god forbid a pedestrian. I don't think you'd feel so bad about your car if you had to go to a hospital to see the 5 yr. old kid who you could have injured...!

Glad to hear you are ok...but please, have the courtesy to keep innocent bystanders safe at least--and go to freakin bed!!!

Next time, windows down and radio up. Should help you stay awake. Seriously dood, be careful.

Also, rememeber how mad you got when that old lady hit you? Remember this next time someone else makes a mistake ;)

HAHA! I knew someone would bring that up.... You sarcastic (bites tounge).. lol.

I live in a rural area right now... Not populated with people walking around in the evening...

I was going about 7-10 mph.. I forgot what happened and then the incident...

I wanted to breakdown and yell "WHYYYYYYYYYYYY" like in the movies but people were sleeping... It was horrible when i looked at my xb

I am happy that no one was injured.

(I had about 6 hours of sleep for two days.. and instead of sleeping after my finals my dad asked if I could help him at Lowes and instead of listening to my body I felt bad if I didnt help him)

Lesson learned: Listen to your body and be a lazy ___!

Thanks for your concern.. now any suggestions on how to fix it?

How many pieces is the front end composed of?

The main damage is done to the mid section (inbetwen the top and bottom grilles)

Its a crack (you cant tell from the picture)

And some of the scratches are pretty deep and there are paint scractches from the post (white and green paint)...
