Apparently you've never used REJEX... My neighbor uses it on his ferrari. If he trusts it on his baby, I trust it on mine.

I need to find a new wax, I was at the local auto shop today and was about to pick up ICE,
but now that Ive read the reviews here, I think Ill pass.
so far. Ive only used turtle wax premium ultra gloss wax. Ive had really nice results with it, I didnt realize turtle wax was so hated among detailers.
Anyhow the wax made the car look better than new

Im running low so Im going to try a new wax this time, I think ill pick up nxt next instead of ICE.

Turtle Wax is extremely gimmicky but their stuff does work. Turtle Wax Platinum is probably the best wax they make and it compares favorably to Meguiar's consumer waxes. Their cleaner wax is a decent cleaner wax. It cleans really well, in my experience. It just doesn't protect or look as good as Meg's or Mother's cleaner waxes.
But I feel people bash on ICE too much. The shine is a little more than decent and its durability is well on the low side it'll easily last as long as other consumer line waxes (I'm thinking of Gold Class specifically) and its ease of use and versatility is unparalleled in OTC brands. In fact, in the boutique world or products, I know of many sealants that double as well as a trim cleaner/protectant and definitely not for the money.
That having been said, the pinnacle of over-the-counter products is the Duragloss line. It's available at most Carquests and maybe Napa.
You can get started with DG101 (an all-in-one product and a good base for another sealant) as a base for DG105 and then DG Aquawax on top of that. DG sealants cost less than ICE and lasts longer than my Blackfire Paint Protection, a twenty dollar sealant that I ordered from Florida and best of all, it looks practically as good as most carnaubas I've used.

Dam ... you guys will bash anything these days. LOL
I tried the T.W. Ice liquid clay bar, and was ____ed off more then anything. Yeah, it removed the fine particles, but i had to literally wash my car when i was done, then follow it with te detialer.
Now for detailer i use the T.W. Ice. I tried it when it came out a year or so ago. I tried several others, but i found that they left a film on the car, even after buffing until my arms hurt. T.W. Ice can also be used on glass, not Meguires.
What everyone also needs to take into consideration is that there are numerous conditions and varibles that will make one product perform better over something else. Your climate, water condition ( hard or soft ), your enviornment ( close to industry or heavily populated ), if your car is garaged, if your close to salt water, how often you do wash and wax, what kind of trees you park under for shade. No 2 cars will share the same environment and get the same results. I use ICE detailer, and the GF uses Auto Magic. That brings up another point. If you really want to use a good clay bar, look into Clay Bar Magic i believe its called. Its made by the same people as Auto Magic. I believe they were the first to make a clay bar, and it works wonders.
BTW .... as mentioned, clay barring is to get rid of embedded debris, not for removing swirls in paint.
