Wax & Polish & How Often
Whats the difference between wax and polish for your car. How do you go about using them, like polish first then wax or what? Also how often should you and shouldn't you wax and polish your car. I've heard if you wax your car too often it will dull the paint.

Great site... I use it often
I've found that the frequency of detailing depends upon your location and the environment.
If you live in LA, it's not a bad Idea to Do a full detail once a month, wash once a week, detail spray after each wash.
If you have vinyl graphics... I didn't look to see if this was on Autopia or not, but they can discolor/stain if contaminated. So it's wise to heavily wax the decals too, Especially white.
Clay Bar rules, so does distilled white vinegar!

that stuff at the car wash! its labeled "wax" and i didnt realize i had it on that setting. thought i had it on rinse & by the time i realized what i did, i didnt have any more change left to rinse off the wax. so i had to use microfiber to wipe it down after the wax stuff settled.
ive tried washing my hand with antibacterial, regular soap etc but my hands still feel slippery esp when wet.
