wax or sealant

Best method:
1) Wash car with Dawn to remove wax.
2) rinse and dry
3) apply Klasse sealant
4) allow to dry for 8-20 hrs
5) wax w/ carnuba (I like xymol myself)
Acrylic sealants are made up of short chain polymers, which give a bright shine, but no real "depth" in finish. Carnuba is not as shiny, but depth is easier to get since it is a long chain.
By layering the two, you get an eye popping shine, and maximum protection.
Klasse all in one! woohoo. you know whats funny, yesterday i detailed my car for the first time with my porter cable polisher and sonus pads
i used sonus sfx-2 + scratch x and an orange pad to get out the swirls.
then i used nxt and a green pad to fill in whatever i missed (it sorta acts like a glaze because of it's fillers)
then i used klasse all in one on a bonnet to spread it evenly
then i used meg's deep crystal carnuba on a blue pad
i hand buffed after everything, but it was easy because the PC spreads it thin and evenly.
at first i wasn't too impressed, the paint felt amazing after i applied the klasse all in one and the swirls were gone. but it just didn't give me that wet dripping effect, so i didn't bother to take many pics when i was done (and it was also 9pm...5 hours of work in 92 degree heat with crazy humidity is not fun)
heres the one pic i got of it after i applied klasse all in one

today i went out to my car and it looked so nice. however it did have some pollen and dust on it from being outside all night, but the paint was dripping looking. i'm thinking that i applied everything to quickly and it takes a little while to cure before it really pops. the paint surface feels like oiled glass, it's so nice
also, don't forget to claybar your car. i washed mine in dawn to strip it, then claybared it, then washed it again in car soap because the claybar leaves a little residue (clay magic claybar)
