This is absolutely TRUE! I have heard that the printers ink in the paper acts to cut through the streaks. Old School detailers swear by newspaper.

Give it a try, you'll be amazed. I use stoners invisible glass with newspaper and its awesome. I've tried using paper towels but it leaves streak and doesnt clean the glass as well. Make sure you wear gloves when using newspaper, it can get messy!

I use newspaper all the time on my windows. It is the only thing that i have found that leaves a completely streak free glass surface after cleaning.

I have been professionally detailing for over 2 years and yes newspapers work great. The reason they do is because the paper does not have tons of chemicals in them. Expensive papers towels have chemicals in them. If you buy very cheap paper towels it will work well

Can the same method also be used for drying the entire car?

Works great on glass! Once you try it, you will not use anything else.

Don't use it on paint! Especially thin, soft Scion paint! Probably would leave my PW in a big mess of colors and scratches!
