Default xB Ground Kit DIY???

I'm planning on installing the ground wire kit for the Xb and doing it myself...Does anyone know where I can get, or can you please post the DIY so I can get all the right connect points???

And while you're at it, for those who have installed it...Post up your testimonials...Has the install helped out the box in any way??? Is it as necessary an install as I've been hearing???

Thanks everyone!!! :D :D :D :D

Yes it makes a difference. The idle smooths out and it just seems to run better (better thottle response). For locations for the connections I started at the pass side strut tower and connected from there to the alt bracket then to the other end of the head then down to the TB and over to the batt. neg. and back to the original ground on the core support. Hope this helps!

I atually was able to find an incredible write up from Mikochu regarding the ground kits...I have to ask...For anyone who's had one installed for some time now: How has the engine/electrical parts held up??? Is the performance still smoother or has anything gone back to normal???

From what I gather (aside from the universal opinion about the smoother shifting)...Can anyone else confirm these added benefitsI've seen mentioned in various threads???

Louder stereo volume
Brighter dash/radio/clock lights
Higher RPM at idle
Better take off
Less buzzing coming from dash while driving
Colder air conditioning

Thanks again!!!

I used Mikochu's write up to do mine. I noticed no difference in anything. Personally I think it's a placebo effect for most. They made a change and expected results so they see a change even if there isn't one. However, each car and owner is different so results may vary. I just want you to have realistic expectations about any benefits of doing this.
