The 411 to Drinking on the Plane
Everyone knows that food & drinks at the airport and on planes are ALWAYS more expensive. On board they will charge you $5+ for an alcoholic drink! Ouch! Whereas you can get those little bottles at the liqueor store for $1! So for those of you bringing your own party on board - here are the official regulations:
http://www.tsa.gov/travelers/airtrav...rial_1189.shtm
Buying outside the airport @ a liqueor store:
- Each bottle must be 3 ounces or less
- All bottles must be able to fit in a quart-sized Ziploc bag
Buying inside the airport after security:
- Take up to 5 liters per person
- Must be in a sealable bottle or flask
Oh yeah, anddddd... ONE MORE DAYYYYY!!! :D

I once had a Bud Light on a plane...for $5.
But it was bought for me on the way to CES by some nice ladies from that web domain selling company w/ the hot chick in the Superbowl ads....Godaddy.com
That and I had already downed about 6 at the airport bar.
Makes flying to Vegas super fun.

I think I might hold off on the drinks while flying. It's bad enough we have to pay for any food on board (at least on AA you do).
Good tip about the bottles though, lol.

Since I live in Valencia, I'm going to get to the Van Nuys Fly-Away in time to catch the 6am bus to LAX. Should take about an hour to 1.5 hours on the bus with rush-hour traffic. So probably between 7-7:30am.
