We should all exchange patches or something!

Does Miami have a fire museum? I want to get a Miami-Dade shirt But im not sure where we can get one.

if I had any patches I would, are you bringing a class a for the late night event? if we all took our class a uniforms for the final event of the night, and went and changed into them, might be cool to dress up for something like this

haha, I dont know about you but it will be too hot to wear that kind of stuff down there, plus, we cant drink in uniform, especially if it will be nationally covered by the media.

I will probably be acting way to stupid ther to be wearing a uniform.

By the way my name is Cody and I am a full time firefighter/EMT in the Buechel Fire protection District in Louisville KY. I work A 24/48 Schedule and have been full time for about a year and a half and including my volunteer time I have been a firefighter for about 7 years.

We should all meet up for thursday night festivities
My cell phone # is 502-551-5651

lol well I won't be able to afford to do much if anything really while I'm there, $1000 a month doesn't go far when you have car payments

oh and I've been a fire fighter since I was 16, spent my 18th birthday on a structure fire that took 48 hours to put out (lots and lts of wood, no insulation, 6000 sq ft)

wow, heck of a way to spend your birthday!

I looked up all of the stations that we could visit. I didnt realize that there are three different departments in the same area.

City of Miami FD
Miami-Dade FD
Miami Beach FD

I'm not really feelin' the shirts idea or design. We probably shouldn't combine a symbol like the maltese cross, which is a symbol of having the courage to lay down your life for a fellow firefighter, with a car logo.

What would be cool is to have a drawing of a scion with a lightbar and ladders mounted on the side and a tailboard with extinguishers and an axe... it could be a cartoon type drawing or posibly find someone who draws charachatures or something.
