XoBxPleasuresoX: Ummm... not 100% sure, but if I were you I would "borrow" someones credit card (like mom or dad) just in case.
According to Scion's own rules they are going to notify you officially of the prize. At that time you should be able to confirm reciept of the paperwork. I will probably be able to get a list of confirmations to post up.

Alright I sent the paperwork out first class mail this morning :D
So working at Best Buy we have this nice blackout period from basically november-january/february where we're not allowed to take vacations. Went up to the GM today and basically said if I didn't get this time off then I'd be calling in sick in advance hahahaha. He said ok :D

You can send it regular mail. I am working on getting confirmations sent to me so that I can post them on the site.
I'll say this again for people that don't have time to read through all ten pages of this topic. Scion is paying for one roundtrip airfare, one single-occupancy room and you get only one ticket to the VIP events. If you want to pay to fly someone else over and let them stay in your room then that is up to you, but they will not be able to attend the private events.

Darren, YOU ROCK!!!
I hope they fly us on American Airlines... that way I get to rack up my miles.. I know I can always sign up for another airline's frequent flyer club, but I already invested some into AA.
AGAIN... WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOO!
btw... thanks for the answer on the HIN.

Raul, I believe your situation is different, as there is a federal requirement for resonable accomodations to be made in most cases. Hopefully, you can get in contact with the folks in charge, through Darren.
Here's some light reading for those interested: http://www.ada.gov/t3hilght.htm ...and there is an 800 number to contact the USDOJ folks about ADA matters. (Been there, done that.)
Good luck!
See you in Miami,
Tomas

From the feds: "If a criterion screens out or tends to screen out individuals with disabilities, it may only be used if necessary for the provision of the services."
I suspect that you would likely have to pay for the additional airfare, but it would not be unreasonable, IMHO, to expect Scion to provide lodging, local transport, and venue access for your 'attendant/companion.' (Some airlines used to offer reduced fares for attendants, too, but you'd have to check with them to see if they still do.)
If you have any other questions, PM me. I'm not a lawyer on an expert by any means, but have had to fight for "reasonable accomodation" in the past.
Take care,
Tomas
Any guesses on where we'll be staying...? Because there are some not-so-nice places in South Beach that are single occupancy and (hopefully NOT!) just the cheapest thing they can give us...
But then again... there is the Ritz... hehehe...
This is going to be an awesome trip!!!
