i hope so...Im kinda stressin out about EVERYTHING. I really dont like traveling alone at all..i worry that i will miss my flight, not have enough money and so on. I get anxiety about these things!!

 

No worries Holly. There are loads of people in the same boat as you. If we all stick together we will be cool.

Money shouldnt be too big of a factor. since Friday is basically all free. All we have to pay out of our own pockets are some meals and whatever you do in your free time. Im going cigar shopping in mine.

Oh, speaking of meals.

Does anyone know if loews has a free continental breakfast?
most fancy hotels dont.

I gotta buy a shirt and get that credit card situated; but other than that I should be OK.

 

Don't forget the credit card u use to check in has to have $300 available on it.....even though nothing will be charged on it!

mike and i have a shared room so i wonder whose name it is under....mike doesn't even have a credit card.

 

i don't know who's name it would be under, but i would assume even if it was under his name that you could use your credit card....as long as you're physically there to sign for it, you should be good

 

actually I went to loews this apst january, and i don't remember the dollar amount, but it was something like 200 or 300$ that they do charge to you if you use a debit card. about a week or two later it gets put back into your account. but just so you know, using a debit card will put you 300 in the hole - using a credit card will be ok, just watch out if you use the debit card.

 

yea...hotels are like that....that's the same with every hotel ive ever been with....because they can "hold" 300 available on a credit card, but with a debit card, they're physically unable to hold the money, so they actually have to charge the card.

 

oh and I got my packet yesterday, but my wife in wave three still doesn't have hers. i am sure it will come soon!
