i would sue for the sole fact that the a$$hole got off with a slap on the rist, how do you not see a bus stopped, and he was going way faster than the posted limit, he just didnt hit the brakes so the cops didnt have skid marks to go off of, which means he wasnt alert to what was going on

i was thinking that.....how do you not see a bus. seems a lot worse than they're making it out to be. that article was retarded though, so maybe they just got it wrong. it said something about the weight of the trucks "heavy carpet" adding to the force of the impact....those must be some extra heavy duty. then they mention scion, and then dodge neon. since when did we have a green scion tC? i see the pic. heres to hoping this is a gaff. and if it's not, that really is sad.

i don't see the panorama moonroof, i see an actual roof.
does the tC and the dodge neon share the same bolt pattern? maybe the guy writing the article has or is familiar with a tC, saw the wheels and accidentally put that in there. then his editor missed it....

 

Waitaminute... i'm looking at the pics and video closely...... there's no way that's a tC. Metal roof, gas tank door on the PASSENGER side.... that was a neon all the way. *(@&)*&$

As soon as I clicked the video link I knew it wasn't a tC (despite the terribly written and impossible to understand article). If a tC got accordioned up like that, there would be glass everywhere. And even in the tiny photo, that car clearly has a trunk.
