recently i encountered a guy driving a baby blue scion tc with a nice looking body kit on it. the car had no performance work that i could visibly see or audibly hear for that matter. he had several vinyls on the side of his car in black. one of them was a V-TEC thing for a honda. does anybody know who this guys is? or possibly seen him in the Houston,Tx area running around?
