I have had nothing but problems with mine.

-the screen catches on the keys when it opens
-the battery life is short (and i did charge it a full 8 hours the first 4 charges to train it)
-it freezes when coming out of its "sleeping" mode (no response from the "list+back" command)
-the volume is low

Just curious. I sent it back today and should be recieving a new one soon but I want to see how other people like them.

 

battery life on all phones is going down.. shorter and shorter they get... the phones use more power since they have more and more functions... i know if i compare my 8125... to my nokia 3100... i use both next to each other.... the 3100 can go for days.. my lg 9800 with extended battery goes for maybe 2 days if i'm lucky... the 8125 would only last a day at most.

 

Yeah, after calling t-mobile they have informed me that the battery on this 3 is better than the 2. I had and still have the 2 and it works perfectly for me. the battery life can go for about a day without shutting off. And there really is not a big difference between the 2 in terms of features. so it should last just as long

 

i want to get one but then i looked at how much i'd have to pay a month for the voice plan as well as the unlimited sidekick plan and i was like ehhhh

 

I've got the II and its been "okay" for me. The battery life could definatly stand to be improved but it will go a whole day between charges most of the time. My camera doesnt work right now for some reason but I dont use it enough to make a trip to tmobile about it. The main problem I have had is sometimes when I try to make calls, it will drop them immediatly and do it two or three times before it finally goes through.

Anyone else had this problem???

 

That happens to me also. I don't know why .

 

Mine does this as well. Its like there is no signal to send the call. It happens to me mostly when I hang up a call and go to quickly make another... So I always chalked it up to the phone resetting the signal.

 

Sounds familiar to me, its happened, but not always 2 or 3 times in a row, usually just once. But 2 or 3 times has happened before, no idea why tho.
