3-4 weeks ago I ordered an Agency Power cat-back exhaust for my tC. I used PayPal to ship to an alternate address. However, I didn't realize this address was unconfirmed, and thus it was unable to be shipped (after already waiting at least a week for my payment to clear). So, after several emails, I was finally able to get my order canceled. And after almost a week now, I haven't seen the first sign of a refund to either my bank account or PayPal. I emailed them a couple of days ago asking when I would see this refund but still have not heard back from them. I am still waiting on $697!!! I would like to hear something from them!

I'm not going to badmouth them yet or say that I was scammed or anything, but has anyone else here had any sort of experience with them?

 

I've ordered a few small things from them in the past when they were local, but nothing too expensive.

$700 is nothing to those guys though so I wouldn't be worried. They are a little stuck up from what I hear, so they are probably too busy with exotics and are putting their scion tc refund order on the backburner.

Call them again and tell them you want a refund like yesterday or you will be contacting paypal to refund you.

 

Just sent them an email asking what is taking so long. This is the second email I've sent after them telling me that the refund has been done. I never recieved a reply to the first one.

 

Refund came in now, apparently it had to be reissued for whatever reason. All is well though!
