Dang man, you haven't been charged with a serious felony, so a criminal attorney won't be needed. Talk to the attorney your Dad knows and he should be able to lead you in the right direction.

Thanks man, I'm sure it will be taken away, but I wouldn't mind 3 months, 6 months is a long time, but a year? Hell no... Man, I hope someone could tell me how long it would be taken away because it's either happened to them or someone they know. I'm pretty scared about this... Seriously... I won't be able to sleep...

Yea, thanks. I know it's a nice car. I'm so glad I got one, it's a damn shame I won't be able to drive it around, maybe a 5 mile radius, but it's still risky.
