Default cellshaded my car today

i was bored and i really liked this picture of my car so i figured i should try to learn how to cell shade stuff

turns out its not that hard

whoa.. that's a nice color on your tC not bad with the cell-shading.. but you're missing all the shadows and stuff on your car...

I have friend that does this professionally. From what I could see I'm not sure if it's really cell shaded. Looks like an outline. Sorry I'm being harsh. I recommend practice with illustrator. I remember RiceizGood or what's his name did a pretty nice one. I need to find it.

i made some improvements. im still a noob at this but im learning though



Im doing this in Photoshop though. why should i be using illustrator?

what RGB differences are you using for the shadows and lighter colors?

illustrator or pshop?

looks good. have fun with the rear wheel, it was a _____ to do that.

I dunno what you're talking about for the RGB indexes, but I just pick any color that I see fit, and I change it with the R, G, and B numbers. And I'm using Photoshop CS. Anymore questions? =P I had to cellshade the car of a Hyori fan! w00t!
