I was supposed to go with my brother...then work called me and said that my life would suck....normally i'd say no, but i jsut started like three weeks ago and saying no that early is well...a big no...that rx-7 is hot, aside from colour, looks exactly like the Aemimya/Aspara Drink car

 

yep. the driver sucked though. he got knocked out in the qualifying round when they went from 32 -> 16

 

so...who won? Did Japan kick our asses once again...which if they didn't, I'd be suprised

 

kazama in the green s15 was the #1 leader from japan. he was paired with vaughn in the falken mustang in the round of 16. kazama made a handful of careless errors which knocked the predicted winner out. the falken mustang was about to lose to the apexi rx7 in the round of 8 (i think... could have been 4), but the rx7 spun out, and vaughn won by default. in the final round though, vaughn did some fine driving against some guy i cant remember in a silver s15 and became the first american to ever win a D1 event.

 

wow, Japan LOST!! I'm biased toward d1 than formula d, but that is awesome! Shows that US drifting has really progressed since the last d1 vs formula d

where can i find clips of d1 and formula d? i looked but all i can find are pics or site with broke links

Yes she is It took me along time to find her but I did. Funny thing tho--
-- she's not so much into the scion thing(cult as she calls it) but wants to go to
all sorts of racing events. f1 - drag - drift - road - landspeed - motorcycles and
boats too. Wow -- yes I'm a lucky man

And that video clip just kicked a$$ -- damn -- I wished we could have made the
trip to watch that in person -- Thank's cfusionpm for sharing with all of us -- damm
straight boy
