Nice house!
I have a pretty good idea on what that house costs as the wife and I are looking at buying a house soon, but we don't want to move that far away from the city.
And for the reference for others, if that house were in a place like Hinsdale or the northside, it could easily reach close to 1 million. They are building new town houses that are quite a bit smaller than that that start at 850k (2 bedroom 1 bath, small).
That area is booming right now though, so I bet once the housing market turns back around, you'll gain some nice equity pretty quick.
