Do u eat well and exercise?
I work out 3-4 days a week. I <3 the gym.
I eat crappy-ish food though. I'm more conscious of it now, so I'm cutting back. I want to get back down to where I was in high school (volleyballer). I'm just an out-of-shape athlete.

I try to go to the gym every day during the week, one hour on a stationary bike daily and a comprehensive weight regiment on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Still trying to lose some fat and tone up... a work in progress to say the least... as evident by my pictures I posted of myself in the 'mug shot' thread....
Skinny guys = gross. Gotta have some meat on 'em! So I say pish posh to that!
I had one meeting with a personal trainer and that's all I needed. I don't enjoy lifting weights but holy goodness! That burn is fantastic!
