I never used ebay before...i want to bid on something and do have a paypal acct...so do i bid and send they paypal later if i win if the seller gives me an email, or do i somehow tie paypal to my ebay acct and its deducted automatically?

 

The two should be tied together already... and you'll just bid and wait for the auction to end. When it ends you'll have a button on your My eBay page to Pay Now and it should give you the option of paying through Paypal. Then you just follow along from there.

Yeah, once you get signed up at ebay, you should be able to link your paypal account. The auction should state how to pay. Once you win, if you need a total just email the seller if they don't contact your first. Or, if you know how much, just click the pay button and check out.
