So the other day I went to EZ lube to get my car serviced because I am to damn lazy to change the oil myself. I get there, and of course the service technician comes out and asks me about my car info and when was the last time I was there...etc. So when he asks me what kind of oil I want and I go regular he says....."Your xA takes only synthetic oil," I realized that this guy had no idea what he was talking about so I decided to play along. I said "Oh yeah that's because my car has a sporty engine and needs the synthetic blend for lubrication and more HP" and he said "EXACTLY" LMAO. So I ask to talk to the manager and after I talked to the manager I called out the kid for lying to my face and I ended up getting a free oil change out of it.

Moral of the story, EZ lube sucks.

Yeah they are paid to upsell anything they can. I either do it myself or take it to a dealer.
