Take it to jeweler, they will either "stretch" it using a ring stretcher, or if it needs more than that will do, they will cut it, spread the cut, then fill it with matching material (gold, silver, platinum, whatever).

last time I took a couple of rings in to be sized, it was the cut and fill method instead of putting it on the rollers.

Might be something to Google...
