the laser jammers are not illegal in any states right now, as far as i know. Radar jammers are, but none of them work.

1. Officer Waldher's training records that pertain to his instruction / certification and continuing education of traffic speed enforcement and to the use of the speed detection device that was used to ascertain the speed of the vehicle described in citation #G119602.
2. Officer Waldher's daily log for the day of 12/27/2005.

3. Officer Waldher's radar log for the day of 12/27/2005.
4. The name, model and serial number of the speed measuring device used to ascertain the speed of the vehicle described in citation # G119602 and the serial numbers of the tuning forks used to test the speed measuring device.
5. Copies of maintenance and / or certification records, for the last twelve months, of the speed measuring device that was used to ascertain the speed of the vehicle described in citation # G119602.
6. A copy of the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) license that authorized the issuing police agency and operator of the speed measuring device to lawfully operate the device on a specific frequency and / or range of frequencies.
7. A copy of both sides of the officer's copy of citation # G119602.
8. Other record(s) needed:
Copies of all Calibration records of all speed measuring devices in utilization at the time Citation G119602 was issued.
9.Officer Waldher's Notes as pertaining to Citation G119602
10. Officer Waldher's Diagrams if any of the Where the violation and citation occurred.
11. Name of speed measuring devices certification facility
12. Any service records of all speed measuring devices in Use by West Milwaukee police department at time of Citation G119602
13. Model Year and Make of Officer Waldher's Vehicle used at the time of issuance of citation G119602
14. Weather and Road conditions at time of issuance of Citation G119602
15. Any defendants remarks recorded by Officer Waldher whether noted or electronically recorded.
16. Copy of Video if any of traffic stop initiated by Officer Waldher.
